He grew up in Fargo, ND, attended Park Christian High School and played several sports. In his free time, he enjoys attending local sporting events and spends time outdoors hunting, snowmobiling and water skiing. He has a twin brother and an older brother, who also reside in Fargo.

Dr. Nygard is married to his wife, Sarah. They are blessed with three beautiful girls, identical twin two and a half year olds-Ruthie and Harriet and Violet (six months). They also have a five year old black lab, Annie.

 

Dr. Nygard continues his professional education by attending a variety of seminars and is a member of the Heartland Study Club. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, North Dakota Dental Association and Spear Education. This allows Dr. Nygard to provide the best dental care possible to all of his patients.
